Perfect for that Woodstock-era Hendrix fuzz tone!
The 70-BC Fuzz from Fulltone is a FuzzFace-style effects pedal for electric guitar. It features a tone that is similar to the Woodstock-era Jimi Hendrix Fuzz Face sound. If you have ever had the opportunity to compare original vintage FuzzFace pedals you will have noticed that they are not consistent. Some sound great and some just don’t. Mike Fuller painstakingly researched vintage Fuzz pedals in order to find the sercret mojo to make the Fulltone 70 one of the best sounding, most consistent FuzzFace style effects available. The 70-BC Fuzz features two intentionally mismatched (for harmonic content), BC108C silicon transistors. The tone is a bit unruly but with some warmth… it has much more FUZZ on tap than the ’69 Pedal and includes a Mid control for extra clarity and cut. The 70-BC is ideally suited for older, 4 input Marshall amps. It’s full of that great sounding snarl and spit. Just turn the “Fuzz” up to 10 for a ripping tone with all sorts of tasty oscillation and yummy fuzzy weirdness. Don’t try using the Fulltone 70-BC Fuzz with a wah wah… you can’t without it screaming and howling (Jimi couldn’t do it either- that is just one of the idiosyncrasies of these types of pedals). If you are looking for polite and quiet just look elsewhere. You want art in a box? Here it is.
The Fulltone 70 is housed in a 16 gauge steel box and powder coated deep blue for durability. The pedal is True Bypass. You can power it with a battery or power supply. (The Fulltone FPS-1 is recommended but any center negative, 2.1mm power supply with 5-18v will work)
Fulltone includes a 5 year warranty to the original owner (1-year for the switch)

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
