Roger Sadowsky is one of the most highly respected instrument makers in the world. His goal was always to further improve an already very successful bass design by making a number of detailed improvements. Along with the electronics, which he personally developed, Roger succeeded in bringing the classic P/J bass sound to a new level. The typical Sadowsky tone is never harsh or shrill sounding. It features a strong, powerful bass which is never muddy. The midrange is present, but not too aggressive, and the top end is sweet and airy.

The 21-Fret Hybrid P/J bass from the MetroLine series is made exclusively in Germany. All basses are lightweight (this one is 8.4 lbs). The MetroLine Hybrid P/J is a great choice for bass players who are looking for a lightweight solution for the stage in addition to a modern bass sound. Special features of the P/J basses of this series are the active electronics with true bypass, Vintage Tone Control, treble and bass boost, ultralight Sadowsky tuners and the special Sadowsky bridge for quick string release.

This particular Bass is used, just in on consignment from one of our regular clients. It has been well cared for and is in great condition without any serious issues, damage, wear, or repairs.
