Make’n Music is super excited to have this incredible Li’l Angel Player from Tom Anderson Guitarworks in stock and available for sale! This incredible boutique electric guitar features a short, 24-3/4″ scale length, and with 24 frets, it offers unparalleled access to the 22 frets you are used to, plus an extra pair for all the double octave excess only your dog can hear!
This Tom Anderson Angel is the “L’il” (short scale version) “Player” model with a solid lightweight Okoume body (only 6.6lbs!!!). The guitar looks very rich with it’s Chocolate Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. The In-Distress Level 3 finish is Nitro Lacquer, aged to perfection with lots of tastily applied Relic wear and tear. We spec’d Black over Inca Silver for a killer, two-tone look.
A purposeful instrument with an understated elegance. Of course playability and tonal versatility are the foremost priorities with any Tom Anderson guitar and the Angel Player is no different. The new 24 fret body style mates perfectly with the ingenious Tom Anderson “wedgie” neck joint to offer incredible access to the highest registers. The Humbuckers are mounted directly to the body- for tonal purposes- but also to allow the neck pickup to be positioned closer to the traditional sweet spot. Typical 5-way switching along with the Push/Pull feature mean that nearly any sound or combination of sounds from classic vintage to ultra modern, single coil or humbucker are available from the HH pickup configuration.
