Epiphone Elitist ’65 Casino
Vintage Sunburst finish
Hollowbody Electric Guitar
Used! Just in on consignment!
Make’n Music is happy to have this used ’65 Casino from Epiphone Guitars in stock and for sale at a great price. It’s just in on consignment and in great shape. No serious issues, damage, wear, etc… Only some light, superficial cosmetic wear keep it from being minty fresh. Like all our used / vintage gear this has been tested functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get. Original hardshell case included.
The Elistist Casino is Epiphone’s top of the line Casino with Gibson USA P-90 pickups and upgraded parts- crafted in Japan. While models such as the Broadway, Wilshire, Coronet, Emperor and Texan are some of Epiphone’s most memorable models, the Casino is arguably one of the most famous due to its close association with The Beatles. The Epiphone Elitist ’65 Casino is the ultimate Casino featuring the classic look, sound, and features that have made it the go-to guitar for two generations of rock artists including Paul McCartney, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Keith Richards and Gary Clark, Jr.
From a distance the Casino has the look of a Gibson ES-335, but the Casino is a true hollowbody that gives a clear, ringing tone that can be pushed into overdrive when needed. The Casino is an ideal guitar for stage and studio and can be heard on many landmark recordings including The Beatles’ “Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band” and The Beach Boys’ “Pet Sounds.”
