Hand-Wound Twisted Tele Pickups w/Greasebucket Wiring!

The Fender Custom Shop 60 Tele Heavy Relic is a one off custom order, and it is a sight and sound to behold! This one is built with a Roasted Alder body finished in Black over 3-Tone Sunburst, which has be very heavily distressed.

The neck is Roasted AAA Flame Maple with a “Slab” Rosewood fingerboard. It has been sculpted to a “Modern C” profile (ULTA COMFY!). Other premium specs include a Bi-Flex truss rod with HEADSTOCK ADJUST (so you don’t have to remove the neck to adjust it – You’re welcome), 21 Narrow/Tall (6105) frets, and 1.685″ nut width.

Pure Telecaster Spank, Twang and Sparkle comes from a pair of hand-wound Twisted Tele pickups, wired up to a Master Volume and the “Greasebucket” Tone Control. A 3-way switch facilitates pickup selection.

Additional details of note include: 3 Brass Saddles, 3 Ply Eggshell Pickguard, and Pearl Button Sperzel tuning machines. Also included are the Limited Edition Neck Plate and Headstock decal, Hardshell Case, Certificate of Authenticity and Case Candy.
