This is one of the coolest Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition guitars I have seen in a long time! Like previous Cabronita Teles and Jaguar guitars, the unique La Cabronita “Luchador” Strat represents one of the most distinctive takes ever on the traditional vintage Fender model. Dual TV Jones PowerTron pickups paired with a simple but functional electronics setup give this guitar a mean voice! The single Master Volume control includes an S-1 switch that activates a preset “cocked wah” tone circuit in addition to the standard 3-way toggle pickup selector. Other features include a select Alder body with the edge radius of a Telecaster, Tele headstock shape and side jack, one-piece quartersawn hard-rock Maple neck, “Custom C” profile (not too slim and not too chunky- nice even taper), 9.5″ radius and 6105 fret wire. The American Series style hardtail bridge has six stainless steel saddles for perfect intonation. Pearl button tuners along with a Black finish and single-ply white pickguard give this Custom Strat a classy, hot-rodded look that perfectly compliments its Southern California heritage.
