The Vintage Fender Strat- REDEFINED! This 60 Stratocaster Super Relic is part of the Dealer Select Master Vintage Player Series (MVP), built exclusively for Make’n Music in the Fender Custom Shop!!! These special instruments are custom designed to offer the Ultimate in Tone, Playability and Feel. Each guitar is hand-made to our specs in order to give the vibe and look of an actual vintage instrument, but with all the conveniences of a true modern player’s piece.

This particular guitar is built to modified early 60s Strat specs with a hand-distressed, Relic finish package designed to replicate the comfortable feel achieved from decades of road worn wear and tear! The fantastic sounding John Cruz Master Design pickup set contains all the classic Stratocaster sounds you know and love – PLUS the excellent sounding Neck+Bridge pickup combination. Thanks to an S1 switch hidden discreetly in the center of the volume control, this extra tone combination is right at your fingertips. Simply engage the push button to select and press again to deselect. No extra brain power required. 

The Fender Custom Shop Master Vintage Player Series Strats and Teles may look and feel like actual vintage guitars, but they play like a dream. The neck profile is an ultra-comfy, custom spec’d Mid 60’s Oval C with extra rolled edges. At .825″ – .945″ it’s a perfectly shaped to fit in any size hands. Easier chording, faster leads and no fretting out thanks to the 1&11/16″ nut width, flatter 9.5″ fingerboard radius and 6105 fret wire. Adjustments are a breeze too as the Truss Rod is accessible from the headstock, so you no longer have to remove the neck for a tweak.
