This Fender Custom Shop electric guitar is just in from the NAMM Show and is super cool. It’s a Limited Edition 1956 Stratocaster Thinline in Seafoam Sparkle with a bound top, F-hole and Heavy Relic Seafoam Sparkle finish package. It weighs almost nothing – Only 6.8 lbs! And boy is it resonant!!! It also plays and sounds fantastic thanks to a set of Custom Hand-Wound Fat 50’s pickups with 5-way switch, and an uber-comfy 10/56 neck with 9.5″ radius and 6105 frets. Oh yeah – the neck is nicely flamed and quartersawn too (that combo is normally reserved for Masterbuilt instruments).
