The Joe Walsh Signature model is the first guitar in the new Alliance Series from Duesenberg. Joe Walsh is one of the most remarkable and influential musicians of our time, so it should come as no surprise that the DAC-JW, Joe Wash Signature electric guitar is an instrument that was designed from the ground up to meet Joe’s stringent requirements for tone, looks and playability. Unsurprisingly, it should perfectly fit the taste of many other guitar players as well.

As a serious gearhead, Joe Walsh has always been quite particular about every detail of his instruments and this stunning Signature Model Duesenberg features numerous details connected to his own personal style and history. In particular, the fretboard inlays spell his name in Morse code, referencing his passion for Ham radio operation, while the “Tibetan Knot” symbol depicted between both pickups is of very personal meaning to Joe, which he also carries as a tattoo. Two beautiful finish options are available for the Duesenberg Joe Walsh Signature model – Gold Burst or Gloss Black – And a Fullerton Elite-style headstock is matched to either one. Each guitar is also outfitted with custom “hybrid” hardware, an an elegant mix of nickel and gold.

The Alliance Series Joe Walsh guitar also features a thinner body profile measuring only 1.37″ thick at the edges, for extra comfort. The neck is a Duesenberg “D” profile with Medium Jumbo frets – Plek’d to perfection for incredibly playability. A Duesenberg Little Toaster pickup delivers transparent treble tones in the bridge position while a state-of-the-art, noise-cancelling Duesenberg SingleTwin single coil delivers clear classic neck sounds. The combination of these two pickups provides a versatile tone shaping experience. Additionally, the guitars are equipped with a proprietary Duesenberg Radiator Tremolo that looks cool with its custom “grille” and offers up a more precise feel than traditional Bigsby tremolos.
