Fender CP-100 Parlor- Sunburst
Small Bodied Acoustic Guitar
Balanced tone! Great for finger-style playing!
SWEET-SOUNDING PARLOR ACOUSTIC
With a clear midrange bark and a historic style that goes back to the early 20th century, the parlor guitar evokes a distinctly traditional vibe. Fender’s CP-100 Parlor is great for guitarists looking to add an affordable new hue to their sonic palette. Its smaller body size is comfortable and delivers a wonderfully sweet sound, perfect for fingerstyle blues, folk, songwriting and much more. A smooth, satin Sunburst finish on the neck and body looks rich and provides for a smooth feel, ensuring that nothing stands between you and your songs.
The Spruce top is built with scalloped “X” bracing, which is lighter than more conventional bracing, meaning that that soundboard mass is reduced and the top can resonate more freely. What the heck does that mean? Better tone with more nuance and greater projection! Mahogany is used for the back, sides and neck while Rosewood is used for the fingerboard. Graph Tech string nuts and bridge saddles are also used to enhance sustain, clarity and tonal consistency of an acoustic instrument. They eliminate troublesome string binding and deliver performance, work-ability and appearance that easily outdo other materials.
