These guitars debuted at this years’s NAMM Show in California and we were lucky enough to hand-pick this one from the booth. It features an new finish package that the Fender Custom Shop refers to as “Journeyman Relic”. That means it is more lightly distressed than some of the regular and Heavy Relic instruments, but still looks and feels like a guitar that was played and loved for years. Not quite as plain as a Closet Classic. These also have a very special NAMM Show price point and is an incredibly good value.

This outstanding electric guitar is built to custom mid 50’s specifications for a vintage vibe and feel with outstanding tone and playability. Options include lightweight Ash body, 1 pc, quartersawn Maple neck with comfy 1957 soft “V” profile (.850″ – .990″), 9.5″ radius and 6105 frets. The pickups are my favorite combination with a Broadcaster in the bridge position and a Twisted Tele in the neck position wired “modern style” with Master Volume / Tone controls and 3-way selector switch.

This one is light, loud and lively! Not to be missed! The pricing is outrageously good too!
