This Custom Shop “Mischief Maker” Heavy Relic features a Strat body paired with a Tele headstock, a special set of Hand-Wound Custom Shop pickups and a super cool Black over Pink Paisley finish! This spirited Custom Shop creation delivers a full load of killer tones – from Big, Fat, and Beefy to Sparkling Clear and Bell-Like thanks to a seriously wicked wiring situation and pickup compliment.

The Hand-Wound Texas Special bridge pickup gives this baby all the power you need for a meaty sound in a position that can often seem a bit weak. Paired with the Hand-Wound ’69 and Hand-Wound ’65 pickups in the neck and middle respectively, you get a truly spectacular mix of spank, twang, sparkle and heat. The nifty “half blender” wiring allows the bridge and neck pickups to be blended together, for that Tele tone flavor that is often missed on a Strat. And the Greasebucket Tone Circuit allows for high-end to be rolled off without reducing gain.

The Limited Edition Heavy Relic Mischief Maker delivers a full and truly variable range of Stratocaster and Telecaster tones in a super cool package. Of course it plays great too – Jumbo Frets along with a 9.5” radius let you dig in and bend with the big boys without fear of fretting out. The Birdseye Maple neck is elegant and super comfortable with it’s 10/56 Soft V profile.
