This Soultool Laguz GoldTop Custom is a unique interpretation of, and a modern take on, the legendary single cut guitar. The smooth body contour and the rolling neck joint gives this guitar a new dimension in playability and feel, designed to unify the guitar and player. The resonance and ergonomic comfort achieved are second to none. It uses a unique “2-Zone-Fretting” method as well, where a larger fret size is used for the first seven frets, while a narrower wire is used as you move up the neck. This is not necessarily something that jumps out at you or that feels unusual, but the narrower wire does leave more room for your fingers between the frets – especially helpful in the upper registers. In addition to its great feel, the Laguz has an understated, yet elegant appearance with a high gloss top, satin “open pore” back and oil and wax neck finish. The inlays are subtle and the side dots even glow in the dark!
