This Custom Classic T from Suhr Guitars features some absolutely incredible custom options for stunning looks, awesome playability and insane tone! It’s kind of like a hybrid, Suhr Guitars version of a Les Paul Custom meets Suhr Custom Classic T. We’ve got a plain Maple top mated to a Basswood back- Fully contoured for comfort. The Maple / Basswood body combination is a serious winner for tone. Rich, Full and Wide. Plenty of bottom end mixed with tight mids and a sparkly top end. The neck is Roasted Maple with an Ebony fingerboard. The roasting process maximizes stability while a satin finish feels silky smooth in your hand. The 60’s C Vintage Standard profile (.810-.930″) feels like your best friend and teh 9″-12″ compound radius is the perfect blend of old / meets new with the best in modern innovation creating the ultimate playing experience. The gloss headstock finish looks great too with it’s Mother of Pearl Suhr Logo.

For electronics we have a pair of Suhr pickups – An SSV in the neck and an SSH Plus in the bridge – wired to a 5-way blade switch for a great blend of single coil and humbucking combinations. Anything from blazing hot Rock leads to more classic, Blues rock, Jazz and chicken’ pickin’ Country riffs seem to flow out of the guitar with little to no effort at all. Gold hardware adds elegance and it does so without looking gaudy. This guitar is also super lightweight so it’s a joy to play on the couch or on stage for 3 sets in a row.
