Many of the builders represented on the Boutique Guitar Showcase Tour have lengthy waiting lists for their creations, often stretching out several months or even years. While we are offering these instruments for immediate purchase, they must complete the tour before they can be shipped to you. Once we receive your payment in full, we will reply with confirmation that the instrument has been secured and make any necessary delivery or shipping arrangements. Every effort will be made to keep these guitars in tip top condition, but please understand that as part of a traveling exposition, the instruments may acquire / exhibit some wear. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and securely secured prior to shipment. It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items before sending. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual stock can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
