This Tom Anderson Drop Top looks elegant with it’s drop dead gorgeous Flame Maple Top and Gingerburst finish. The deep, 3D figure and natural scraped binding really makes it pop too! A truly beautiful instrument. Like all Tom Anderson guitars, this Drop Top electric guitar plays and sounds great. Incredible comfort and sonic versatility are thier specialty at the Tom Anderson Guitarworks. This one has an Even – Taper neck profile for a comfy feel and excellent playability. The H/S/S pickup configuration- with an H2+ humbucker in the bridge along with 2x SC1 single coils- is my favorite combination for a mix of classic and modern tones. In addition to the 5-way switch you also get a Master Splitter and VA Booster, as well as a push/pull on the tone control to add the bridge pickup into the mix for that great sounding, Neck/Bridge combo that is typically elusive on a Super Strat style instrument.
