This Tom Anderson Drop Top looks elegant with it’s Quilt Maple Top and Bora to Transparent Blue Burst finish. The Quilty figure and natural scraped binding really make it pop – Like the waters off the coast of Bora Bora! A truly beautiful instrument. Like all Tom Anderson guitars, this Drop Top electric guitar plays and sounds great. Incredible comfort and sonic versatility are their specialty at the Tom Anderson Guitarworks. This one has an Even – Taper neck (-.020) profile for a speedy feel and excellent playability. The H/S/H pickup configuration- with an H3 humbucker in the bridge along with an SF1 and H1 is a great combination for a mix of classic and modern tones. In addition to the 5-way switch you also get a Master Splitter, as well as a push/pull on the tone control to add the bridge pickup into the mix for that great sounding, Neck/Bridge combo that is typically elusive on a Super Strat style instrument.
