Make’n Music is super excited to have this incredible custom Lil Angel – 24 fret drop top electric guitar from Tom Anderson Guitarworks in stock and available for sale! This custom boutique electric guitar offers unparalleled access to the 22 frets you are used to, plus an extra pair for all the double octave excess only your dog can hear!
This Li’l Angel features the shorter 24 -3/4″ scale length paired with a Quilt Maple Top on Ash Body, Chocolate Maple Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard, and a set of HC1+ / HC3+ pickups with a versatile wiring scheme for a multitude of usable and practical sounds. We also have the stunning mix of Gold and Chrome Hardware for a unique look that accentuates the killer Strawberry Shortcake WakeSurf finish with Binding. But this beauty isn’t all about what you see on top. The body back is finished in Black with a unique Magenta Dog Hair that matches the top finish and a Black Gloss Headstock with Pink logo ties it all together. Offset High/Low front dot inlays are also a nice touch.
Of course playability and tonal versatility are the foremost priorities with any Tom Anderson guitar and this Lil Angel is no different. The 24 fret body style mates perfectly with the ingenious Tom Anderson “wedgie” neck joint to offer incredible access to the highest registers. The pickups are mounted directly to the body- for tonal purposes- and also to allow the neck pickup to be positioned closer to the traditional sweet spot. Special 5-way switching along with a Push/Pull (for series/split in position 3) mean that a full range of sounds, from classic vintage to ultra-modern, single coil or humbucker are available from the HH pickup configuration.
