The Tone King Imperial is the perfect modern take on a killer vintage amp. It clearly has roots in the Fender Tweed and Blackface era, but it is more versatile than any one particular vintage amp and has more usable features (like 2 foot-switchable channels, Reverb and Trem). The Imperial  is loaded with a pair of 6V6s for 20 watts of all tube power, and it’s built with footswitchable lead and rhythm channels, as well as footswitchable bias modulated tremolo. The Rhythm channel gives you the glassy Fender-esque clean tones with the dark warmth of a 6V6 while the lead channel takes over with an overall volume, a solitary tone knob and a mid-bite knob. The mid-bite can dial your tone from Fender Tweed meets Supro, all the way to pushed English overdrive.
