Jackson Guitars Soloist
Used / Vintage 1987 Model
Ontario California Production
24 fret Neck-Through Electric Guitar
Used! Just in on consignment and ready to rock! This Jackson Soloist is a 1987 model built in Ontario, California USA! It plays, feels and sounds great. All the typical Jackson features are present including neck-through construction, 24 fret Ebony fingerboard, Jumbo frets and Floyd Rose tremolo system.
The guitar is over 30 years old and shows signs of use consistent with an instrument played and used for many years. It has not been abused but there are some dings and dents, scuffs and other finish marks. Nothing structural or serious, but definitely not minty fresh. No major issues or repairs though. The frets have been dressed and there is plenty of life left. Also, the tremolo has been set for “down only” use, although this can be easily put back to normal floating operation if desired. There is a small removable block in the trem cavity.
I do not know the history of the guitar but it appears that the two single coil pickups have been changed at some point, if not all three pickups. I do not know what these are but they sound and function just fine. Like all our used / vintage gear it has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get. Hard Case included.
