Just in on consignment from a long-time client and avid collector of premium gear – Someone how knows how to choose a good electric guitar. This Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul Reissue is no exception. It is a 2003 model with a killer, highly figured Flame Maple top that is deep with nice three dimensional action and a rich, washed cherry sunburst finish. Extremely resonant acoustically and incredibly responsive when plugged in. The condition is excellent overall – No serious issues, wear, damage or repairs. Maybe a small superficial mark here or there and some light oxidation of the hardware, but that is about it. This guitar is light, loud and lively. Like all our used / vintage gear it has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get – including the original hardshell case, pictured case candy, and a copy of the original catalog which featured this particular instrument.
