This 20th Anniversary Bogner XTC Head is just in on consignment! Like all our used / vintage gear it has been tested for functionality and priced to move! Bogner Amps are known for their build quality and tone. The Ecstasy model is their flagship amp and this 20th Anniversary model sounds absolutely fantastic. It was owned by one of our regular clients and has been well cared for in a smoke free environment. Functionally everything works as is should and it sounds fantastic. Comes with the original footswitch and shipping box. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get.

For its 20th Anniversary, The Bogner Ecstasy 100 watt tube guitar amplifier head received a complete overhaul! Externally, you will notice a new headshell complete with gold plexi front panel and piping. The circuit has also been revised and sounds very different from the other Ecstasy 101a and  Ecstasy 101b models (Don’t worry- you can still get those too). The 20th Annviersary XTC has more depth and dynamics, resulting in a multi-dimensional sound. It’s preamp circuit similar to the “Classic” mod but has both presence and excursion controls like the regular model. The Structure switch has also been changed to a Modern and Vintage mode for this Anniversary Edition. FInally, a selection of boutique capacitors have been incorporated to further refine the tone.
