Fender Amps Princeton Recording Amplifier
Used! 1×12 Combo!
Great sounding Tube Guitar Amplifier
Built-in Attenuator, Overdrive and Compressor
This Fender Princeton Recording amplifier is just in on consignment. It’s in clean original condition- if there is any wear at all it’s only very minor, superficial cosmetic scuffs but you will have to break out a microscope to see any. The only reason I hesitate to call anything minty fresh is because I’d rather have you pleasantly surpised by how clean somthing is, rather than unpleasanly disappointed. Like all of our used gear this one has been tested for functionality and price to move! It sounds great, looks great and is great! What you see is what you get.
Original Vintage Fender Princeton Reverb Amps from 1960s were small, light and moderately powerful amplifiers that produced a rich, lush, great sounding tube amplifier tone. You only need to play through a Fender Princeton Reverb once to see how they earned their reputation as the quintessential studio recording amp. Today, original Princeton Reverb amps are highly sought after collectables on the vintage market a wise choice for creating great tube tone in a small space.
The new Princeton Recording Amp from Fender offers all of the great tone and dynamics of the original vintage Princeton Reverb, plus several modern upgrades to make it even more studio-friendly. The Princeton Recording Amp features an all-tube preamp, power amp and reverb circuitry based on the classic ’65 Princeton Reverb. With 20 watts of tube power and a 10″ Jensen speaker, it provides spanking vintage tone and enough output for small gigs and rehearsals. A built-in trans-impedance power attenuator lets you crank up the amp up for full output tube overdrive and set the speaker volume as low as you want (even silent for headphone use)!
Other features include two classic onboard “stomp box” effects (overdrive and compression), genuine tube-driven Fender spring reverb by Accutronics, headphone output, speaker emulated line output with level control and ground lift, speaker output jack (internal speaker may be disconnected for use with other 8-ohm enclosures), professional FX loop, and four-button footswitch.
