Patrick James Eggle Macon Single Cut
Used! Just in on Consignment!
Light and Lively – Only 7.0lbs!
Custom Boutique Electric Guitar
The Macon single cut is Patrick James Eggle’s take on the classic Les Paul-style design. I features a host of clever touches making this instrument both ergonomically and visually appealing. This particular Macon is used – just in on consignment from one of our regular collector clients. It is stunning. The figured Redwood top is absolutely beautiful and features a deep, “seagull” flame patter similar to Duane Allman’s Gibson Les Paul. It is a lightweight instrument – only 7.0lbs! Lively and Resonant acoustically. It’s just a joy to play and to look at. The serial number is 19313. I do not have a spec sheet for this particular build but the top is figured Redwood and I believe the back and neck are Cedar.
Excellent condition – This was collector owned and cared for. However, the finish is an ultra thin, satin, nitrocellulose lacquer with an open pore back. It looks and feels great as well as allowing the instrument to resonate freely. But it is also very susceptible to dings and dents. Overall it’s in great shape, but there are a few very minor dings and other superficial marks from use and polishing. Like all our used / vintage gear this guitar has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get. Below are specifications taken from the PJE Guitars website.
