Vintage 1990 Zemaitis Metal Front
What we have here is an Original Vintage Zemaitis Metal Front Custom. It was made in 1990 and is a premium example of Tony’s handywork! This particular guitar is in phenominal shape and displays a classic, understated and elegant Leaf Scroll engraving by Danny Obrien. All other engraving is also original Danny Obrien work- from the ”Z” shield logo, truss rod cover (still un-personalized), pickup rings and tailpiece. The guitar was origianlly outfitted with black plastic pickup rings but a proper set of metal rings was obtained and engraved from Danny and have dramatically improved the look (the original plastic rings are included). The original tailpiece was also re-engraved at that time with a killer new “Rock & Roll” motif as the original design was quite plain. The guitar is also FEATHER LIGHT- (a rarity as far as vintage Zemaitis guitars go). Only 7.4lbs!!! A fresh, professional re-fret by Tim Schroeder (the best in the business) has made this guitar READY TO ROCK! Perfect for stage use- There is nothing like a Zemaitis to get some attention 🙂 Hiscox hardshell case and documentation from Danny Obrien included.

Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
